Now as per “eMMC Specifications”, this Capacitor we are looking for should be very near the eMMC area. In fact, it should be directly beside it in “most cases”.

Also in MOST cases, they are a decoupling pair of 2.2uF (BIG) and 100 nF (SMALL) capacitors. If you try to check other eMMC TP Pinouts, you will see what I mean about BIG and SMALL decoupling capacitors assembled together on the PCB.
